To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and a detailed reason for your request. Once we have received your request. It will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed to an additional payment, method. You will be notified once the refund has been completed. Please allow us 5- 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product or any service, then L4RG offers an easy exchange process. Whether you received the wrong item or a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to exchange it for something more suitable. Please contact us within 30 days to arrange the exchange. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging intact. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchange item to be reached may vary.

Gifts

If you have received an L4RG product as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, we can assist with that as well. If the gift was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, we can offer store credit or refund to the original gift giver depending on your preference. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team. We have details of the gift and proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns

While returning a product, we ensure that it’s securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. It will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as you cannot guarantee that it will receive your returned item. Once we receive the return product, we will process the exchange or refund as applicable.
